We want your Bella Coco experience to feel soft from the moment you click “buy” to the day your jar arrives. Here’s how shipping and returns work.

SHIPPING

Processing time
All Bella Coco products are made by hand in small batches. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Carriers: USPS for standard, UPS/FedEx for expedited where available.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages:
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it’s still missing after 5 days, email us at info@bellacocoskin.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

International orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are handmade body care intended to touch skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

We will accept returns on:

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging
• Within 14 days of the delivery date
• The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective

We do NOT accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Final-sale items
• Bundle/set discounted items (unless damaged)
• Items purchased with a promotional discount code over 20% off

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we’ll make it right.

Within 7 days of delivery:

1. Email us at info@bellacocoskin.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with a replacement or full refund — your choice
3. No need to ship the damaged item back unless we specifically ask

WRONG ITEM / MISSING ITEM

If we shipped you the wrong product, or your order is missing an item:

1. Email us at info@bellacocoskin.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and a photo of what you received
3. We’ll send the correct item at no charge

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Within 1 hour of placing your order: We can cancel or modify if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email info@bellacocoskin.com immediately.
• After processing has started: We cannot guarantee changes, but we’ll do our best.
• Address changes: Always double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once an approved return is received and inspected (or a damaged-item refund is processed), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement.
